Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy describes how and when an order placed with Leshaa Ladies Tailoring may be cancelled.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
You may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. To cancel, please email us at contactleshaaladiestailoring@gmail.com or call +91 9054644907 with your order reference number as early as possible.
2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery at the time of receipt; the package will be returned to us and any applicable refund process will follow our Refund Policy.
3. Company-Initiated Cancellation
- Product unavailability or stock-out.
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
- Inability to deliver to the specified PIN code.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases the customer will be informed promptly.
4. Custom & Wholesale Orders
Custom-made garments and bulk wholesale orders, once confirmed and placed into production, cannot be cancelled.
