Leshaa Ladies Tailoring ships throughout India through trusted courier partners. This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timelines and related conditions.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India. In case your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you with an alternative arrangement or initiate a refund.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Bulk and custom orders may take additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days from dispatch.
• Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 5–9 business days from dispatch.
• Remote locations: 7–12 business days from dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at the order confirmation stage or communicated by our team prior to dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery

All orders are shipped on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, our team will share the courier name and tracking number on the email or phone number provided at checkout.

7. Undelivered Orders

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge re-shipping fees for subsequent attempts.
